D&D Modular Freediving Collar
The new D&D (Deep and Dynamic) collar represents a unique innovation in the world of freediving, designed to meet the needs of both deep diving and dynamic disciplines. Its name reflects its main feature: a collar designed to deliver excellent performance in both disciplines, eliminating the need to purchase two separate products.

Main Features:

1. Design for constant weight diving:
   The collar is made of lead coated with a comfortable layer of thermoplastic rubber. The main section weighs 910 grams and can be customized with 5 interchangeable lead weights on each side (40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 grams), allowing a maximum total weight of about 1,630 grams, including metal components.
   These weights can be easily replaced with lightweight plastic inserts, reducing the collar’s weight to a minimum of 1 kg. This variable weight system allows the collar to adapt to different needs and wetsuit thicknesses throughout the year.
   The collar can be securely tightened, similar to the Dyno model, and the side arms can be rotated to fit more snugly around the neck.
   We have deliberately distributed the weight towards the back, so that during the dive it tilts toward the head, causing the two side “bars” to lower toward the collarbones, leaving the mouth and jaw area free for better Mouth Fill management.

2. Design for dynamic disciplines:
   For dynamic disciplines, which require greater weight, the base collar can be integrated with additional weights, matched to the type and weight of the segments used for deep dives.
   The rear segments are secured using the same reliable anchoring system as the Dyno model, allowing the total weight to reach up to 5 kg while maintaining compact dimensions and comfort.

3. Available configurations:
   C4 offers three standard configurations:

   • D&D collar, designed for constant weight dives.

   • D&D collar + 4 rear segments, with a total weight of about 3 kg.

   • D&D collar + 5 rear segments, with a total weight slightly over 4 kg.

   Freedivers starting with the base collar can later purchase the 4-segment set to reach a total of 3 kg, or choose Dyno segments (available in 290 g or 1 kg sizes) to further increase the total weight.

   • Segment Tail, with a total weight of 1.4 kg, for those who want to convert the base 1.6 kg version into a 3 kg version.

   • Tip: For those who need a collar exceeding 4 kg, we recommend choosing the Dyno version.
